Faith in Action in Wright County
This group is a coalition of congregations, community organizations and social agencies dedicated to helping people maintain their independence by providing assistance with their everyday activities. Services provided include: transportation, grocery shopping assistance, respite for primary caregivers, light household chores and yard work, friendly visiting and telephone reassurance.
