Faith Formation Registration is open!
A Faith Formation packet has been put together with information that you will need to know for the upcoming year. This packet, which includes the registration form, has been e-mailed to the families that participated in last year’s program.
If you have not received an e-mail with the Faith Formation packet, please go to the top of this page and download it. There are important changes to our program of which you will need to be aware. Please read all of the information attached the registration form before registering your child.
If your child will be receiving a sacrament this year and was not Baptized at St. Francis Xavier, we need a copy of the Baptismal certificate. Please bring a copy of the Certificate along with the registration form and payment.
Deadline for registration is Thursday, Sept 1st. There is a $25 late fee for any registration forms received after the Sept 1st deadline. Extra forms will also be in the back of church and at the parish office.
